Running for beginners

We are starting our training this coming Tuesday at 7pm outside Kilmore school. Hopfully we will have a few new members on the night. We have a two mile route that everyone starts off on. After that some people finish and others go on to do a bit more. If you like you can walk it, run/walk or jog. Every level of fitness is welcome.

There is no need to sign up with the club to try it but we do ask that you bring a hi-viz top. If you want to try it for a few weeks then you can decide to register with the club or not..
