Motions: 
1. That the number of athletes that score on cross country teams for County Ch. at juvenile level be reduced to three and that the first 6 individuals U16 and upwards be awarded medals during the cross country season 2012 as a test to see if it would encourage and promote cross country in the county and encourage participation in Leinster Championships.     Adamstown
     
2. That when deciding the programme for the county T/F, if a venue has two long jumps, the younger age groups be included on the programme for that day.  This would greatly reduce long delays.   Adamstown

3. All road and cross country championships should be rotated between the clubs.  Kilmore

4. That a person or persons should be in charge for senior cross country championships outside the county eg. Leinster and All-Ireland.   Kilmore

5. That all clubs have their Leinster and Athletics Wexford affiliations paid by February 1st each year.   County Board
